Applied AI - Singapore

Daniel Quek

I build with data, video, and small tools, mostly for the fun of it.

Model

Numbers and models.

I like both ends of a question: the figures, and the models that read them.

Builds

Small tools, on the side.

A second brain, a Rubik's cube solver, and Tableau vizzes I publish when an idea sticks.

Play

Made for fun.

An F4 reunion video, Tableau vizzes, and a few small tools.

Ask my agent.

A quick way to get to know me, in the style of an AI chat. Pick a question.

What are you building?
DQ agentSide projects. A second brain that files what I read into a wiki, Tableau vizzes, and short AI video.

Every answer is pre-written. Nothing here is generated live.

Made on the side.

Tableau vizzes, small tools, and AI video. I care most about making technical things plain.

Things I've built.

Side projects where I try out new tools, from 3D engines to LLMs.

Second Brain

My personal knowledge base. The AI reads each new source once and files it into linked wiki pages, so what I learn adds up instead of being forgotten.

  1. raw/ sources
  2. wiki/ pages
  3. answers
What I built
Scheduled jobs that pull in a daily news digest and compile sources into linked wiki pages. I use the knowledge base daily.
How I check it
A test suite asks known questions to check that the right page comes back, and off-topic questions to check that it admits what it doesn't know.

Built on Andrej Karpathy's LLM knowledge-base method. The repository is private.
